Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a form (car application, appointment, import request, review) we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), preferred contact method, the car you're interested in, payment preference, trade-in details and your message. We never ask for ID or passport numbers.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your request, arrange viewings and test drives, and complete a purchase you ask for (legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)(b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, unless a purchase requires longer retention under Cypriot tax and accounting law.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it with your bank only when you ask us to help with a bank loan, and with service providers who host this website under data-processing agreements.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Cookies
